Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026

These terms govern your use of HD Background Removal ("the Service"), operated by Ai Guru. By uploading an image or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

The Service

HD Background Removal lets you upload a photo and receive back a version with the background removed. The Service is provided free of charge and is offered "as is" — we don't guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or produce a perfect result for every image.

Your content

You retain all rights to the images you upload. We don't claim ownership over your photos, and we don't store them after processing is complete — see our Privacy Policy for details. You're responsible for making sure you have the right to upload and process any image you submit, and for how you use the result afterward.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Upload images you don't have the legal right to use or process.
  • Upload content that is illegal, abusive, or infringes someone else's rights.
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, or abuse the Service or its underlying API.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or build a competing service on top of the Service without permission.

We reserve the right to restrict access for anyone who misuses the Service.

No warranty

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the accuracy, quality, or fitness of any background-removal result for a particular purpose. You use the Service, and any output it produces, at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ai Guru will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Changes

We may update the Service or these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
